1)Access data and hosting

 

You may visit our website without revealing any personal information. With every visit on the website, the web server stores automatically only a so-called server log file which contains e.g. the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the volume of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the request.

These access data are analysed exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and improving our offer. This serves according to Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. f) GDPR the protection of our legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our offer that are overriding in the process of balancing of interests. All access data are deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit on our website.

WIX HOSTING

 

We use the website builder system from Wix HQ, 6350671, Nemal Tel Aviv St 40, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel (“Wix”) for the purpose of hosting and displaying the website based on processing on our behalf. All data collected on our website are processed on the Wix servers. As part of the aforementioned Wix services, data can also be transmitted to Wix Inc., 500 Terry A. Francois Boulevard, San Francisco, California 94158, USA for further processing. In the event of data being transmitted to Wix in Israel, the adequacy decision of the European Commission guarantees the appropriate level of data protection. Wix Inc. USA is certified for the US-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield”, which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU. 2)Data collection and use for processing the contract, making contact and for opening a customer account

We collect personal data that you disclose to us whenever you place an order or contact us (e.g. via contact form or by email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because we absolutely need those data to perform the contract or process your contact request, and you would otherwise not be able to complete your order or send the contact request. It is evident from each input form what data are collected. We use the data that you disclose to us to perform the contract and process your enquiries according to Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. b) GDPR. Upon contract completion, any further processing of your data will be restricted, and your data will be deleted upon expiry of any retention period applicable under relevant statutory regulations, unless you expressly consent to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use your data in the scope and manner permitted by law, of which we inform you in this notice.

3)Transfer of data

 

We disclose your data to the shipping company in the scope required for the delivery of the ordered goods according to Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. b) GDPR. Depending on the payment service provider you have selected during the ordering process, we disclose the payment details collected for order processing purposes to the bank commissioned to handle the payment and, as the case may be, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. Some of those data are collected by the selected payment service providers themselves if you open an account with them. In such a case, during the ordering process, you must register with your payment service provider using your access data. In this respect, the privacy notice of the relevant payment service provider applies.

We use the services of a logistics provider, which has its registered office outside the EU. Personal data are disclosed to that company only to the extent required to perform the contract.

 


Data transfer to shipping service providers

If you have given us your express consent for this during or after your order, we will give you this in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR forward your email address and telephone number to the selected shipping service provider so that they can contact you before delivery for the purpose of delivery notification or coordination. The consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to info@sanoia-jewelry.com or directly to the shipping service provider at the contact address listed below. After revocation, we will delete the data you have provided for this, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data beyond that, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

Use of Payment Service Providers

Paypal
When you pay via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "payment by instalments" via PayPal, we transmit your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). SOFORT
If you select the "SOFORT" payment method, payment will be processed by the payment service provider SOFORT GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany (hereinafter "SOFORT"), to whom we will pass on your information provided during the order process together with the information about your order in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point b GDPR. SOFORT is part of the Klarna Group (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm, Sweden). To enable payment to be processed, your personal data (first and last name, street, house number, postcode, city, gender, e-mail address, telephone number and IP address) as well as data related to the order (e.g. B. Wix Payments enables payment via all major credit card formats and, depending on the region, also via additional payment methods. The individual payment methods offered via Wix Payments will be communicated to you on our website.

For payments via Wix Payments, your payment details (e.g. payment amount, information on the means of payment used, details of the payee) and your confirmation that the payment details are correct will be carried out by Wix to carry out the payment in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR collected, processed and transmitted to the credit institution commissioned with the payment.
